Commissioner Of Oaths Services
A commissioner of Oaths is a person authorized to administer and witness the swearing of oaths or solemn affirmations as it relates to affidavits for legal matters. Commissioners may witness declarations, however, they do not certify the truth of the statements contained in a document; A person must be physically present before the Commissioner and prove his or her identity (using photo identification).There is no cost to have documents Commissioned.
